Charles Hampton

Charles Hampton Jr. is an African-American business leader and entrepreneur. Leveraging the same grit, determination and resourcefulness he gained born and raised on the hard-working South Side of Chicago. Charles champions the development and fulfillment of strategic goals and objectives of organizations ranging from vast Global Organizations to critical local businesses as well as vital community focused nonprofits. Charles holds a bachelor’s in communication from N.I.U as well as an M.B.A. in Operations Management and Master of Science in Finance, from Lewis University. Charles has led complex global organizational initiatives ranging from large scale negotiations, strategy development, and leadership roles culminating into executive level assignments. Outside of corporate roles, Charles’s entrepreneurial and volunteer interests focus on the socioeconomic and cultural revitalization of Chicagoland’s under invested communities.
